Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative LinkedIn Marketer who will be responsible for building and executing LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with the target audience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Telugu and English and possess a strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for professional networking and marketing.
Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Optimize the company’s LinkedIn profile to enhance visibility and credibility.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging and professional content (posts, articles, videos) for LinkedIn.
- Post regular updates to promote services, projects, and achievements.
Lead Generation & Networking:
- Use LinkedIn tools to identify and connect with potential clients or partners.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build professional relationships.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using LinkedIn analytics.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align LinkedIn efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with designers and writers for content development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fluency in Telugu and English .
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing or social media marketing.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry will be an added advantage.
