1. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation:
Clients may cancel their service contracts within 10 working days of signing the agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@aptapace.com / aptpace@gmail.com / 08062177739 / 9030234242.
Refund Eligibility:
After cancellation, clients may be eligible for a refund based on the services rendered prior to cancellation. If the services were not started, a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
a. Full Refund:
Clients are entitled to a full refund if:
- Services have not yet begun.
- The cancellation request is made within the specified time frame.
b. Partial Refund: If services have already commenced, a partial refund may be issued, calculated based on the work completed and resources allocated.
c. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for:
- Services rendered as per the agreed-upon scope.
- Requests made after the 5 Business days from cancellation period.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation

4. Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Changes to Policy
